What Is Your National Shipping Policy?
GoFlight Inc. uses USPS to ship nationally within the United States of America. Why? USPS is safe, your package is insured against theft and loss, and you get tracking information that tells you where your package is and when it will arrive. This will allow you to keep tabs on your products and receive them quickly and with peace of mind.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and our cost calculator will display the cost for each of the shipping options if you are shipping within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States). If you are shipping outside the Lower 48 States or internationally, additional fees or exclusions may apply.
When Will My New Merchandise Arrive?
If you order on a business day your merchandise will ship the following business day as long as it is readily available and in stock. Shipping timelines and arrival dates are dependent upon the shipper (USPS), and delays may occur based on a variety or variables including holidays, weather, and many other common or cataclysmic disruptive events.
After purchasing an item and completing check out procedures you will receive a confirmation email when the item is shipped. In that email, you will receive a tracking number provided by the shipper (USPS) which will insure you against theft and loss, tell you your package’s approximate location, and will tell you when you should expect it to arrive.
Fees may be incurred and the shipment may need to be picked up from the local Post Office if there is an incorrect address or depending on the item being shipped.

Some countries are excluded from shipping and cannot receive certain goods and services.

Do I Have To Pay Customs, Duties or Tariffs?
Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.
These costs are your responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.
The shipping company (USPS) will charge Customs fees automatically after a purchase has been confirmed.

Credit cards from outside the U.S. may require additional verification.
Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want your total satisfaction and offer a generous returns policy. New, unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. Used, Vintage, Opened, or Exclusive and Unique merchandise often cannot be returned, and may only receive store credit based on the policies exclusive to individual vendors and retailors.
New, unused merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it in and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
We will not accept the return of products that have been opened, tampered with, damaged due to use or abuse, or products that are out of production.
With a Prepaid Label
To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate USPS shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that don’t need to ship freight.* You’ll have the option to print this label after contacting our staff for a return, or you can receive the label in an email after a GoFlight Inc. employee generates a label for you. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a USPS store at your convenience. The $6.99 price for the label will be deducted from the refund or credits issued for the return of your item(s).
*Products required to ship freight may include large, heavy, and specially shipped packages. Label price may vary.
Without a Prepaid Label
To return products without a USPS label:
Contact our staff and describe what you are returning and why you are returning it.
Fill out the information requested by our staff and determine if your return can be returned, only new and unaltered merchandise may be eligible for a return.
After contacting our staff, ship your return to this address:
It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our store or distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
If you feel that your merchandise is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our staff immediately after receiving your product. We will only make warranty claims on your behalf within 30 days of purchase. Warranties are only provided and supported from certain manufacturers and distributors, for more details on warranty information please contact our staff within 30 days of the purchase of your product(s).
To help expedite your warranty request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, item brand and description.
How Do You Prevent Fraud?
We can’t see you face to face, so we have to make sure it’s you ordering, and not someone who stole your credit card number or personal information. The more information we have, the better we can do that.
For every purchase, we verify the billing address, phone number, and email you’ve provided and match the information the bank has associated with the form of payment you’re using. One of our staff members may contact you if we can’t verify this information and no shipment or purchase will be completed if the information being provided in incomplete or incorrect according to the information we have access to or information that can’t be verified by PayPal.
If you are using an international credit card, we are required to take additional fraud prevention steps.
There is no acceptable amount of fraud. Every completed fraudulent order steals from you as well as from us. We combat these orders by constantly refining and improving our fraud identification and prevention methods.

If you see something on sale at GoFlight Inc., don’t wait to make your purchase. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

GoFlight Inc. does not collect state sales tax unless it is specifically required by your state. Depending on the state of origin and the product’s destination, you may be subject to sales tax that varies based on product and customer location.
