If you’re a regular, you have no doubt noticed our recent major overhaul to our web presence. We’ve shifted our entire site to a new, responsive design, and have added tons of exciting features for our community members to enjoy.  While we’ve designed the site with simplicity and ease of use in mind, we understand that with any big change, some confusion is to be expected. Lucky for you, we’ve done the hard work and created this guide with everything you need to know.  Here, you’ll find a guide to helping you make the most of the new GoFlightinc.com! Home

When you first reach the site, you’ll instantly be greeted with the latest in web design- responsive, interactive visuals and simple- yet effective -navigation.  Beneath the impressive design cues lies a new way to access our hottest products.  Whether you’re flying the red-eye from Sydney to Singapore or staying in the pattern at your local airstrip, we want to make it as simple as possible to obtain the right equipment. Our new site divides GoFlight Modules into two categories- General Aviation and Airliner.  Within each section, you’ll find modules perfectly suited for your favorite mode of flight. From the essentials like our ProYoke and RP2 Rudder Pedals, to our Ultimate Pilot System, it is now easier than ever to find exactly what your home cockpit needs.

On the Store tab, we’ve made it easier than ever to navigate our product database. Our improved search functionality, as well as the ability to sort by a variety of factors including name and price, ensures you’ll have no trouble finding exactly what you’re looking for.  You’ll also find a quick link to our hottest Deals and Promotions. These offers are for a limited time and can only be found on the GoFlight site- so act fast!

      Unfortunately, old accounts were not migrated over to the new website. When you make your next purchase, you’ll be able to create a new account with us. As for your order update, we will contact you directly with the status at the email address you have on file.

      Hello Jaques,

      Yes, we are open for business and have a new website we’ve rolled out. With the new website, new accounts are created only once the first transaction is created within the new framework. Current wait times for the MCP-Pro are about 3-4 weeks while we build another batch for production.

    I bought 8 goflight modules that worked fine on my old computer with windows7 and FS2004. I wanted to upgrade so I could use FSX so I spent a lot of money to have a new gaming computer but after finding out windows10 won’t work FSX, had it replaced with windows7 and now flight sim works but the goflight product doesn’t. I have tried for days here and can’t even find a phone number to phone goflight and no one to help. I need my modules to work so I can fly. So far I have spent nothing but money and can’t fly. PLEASE HELP PLEASE. I have 2 phone numbers, one US 623.583.4660 and one Can. 778.654.2674. I am desperate!PLEASE, PLEASE HELP
